The four-star apartment residence Autosole is located in the quiet centre of the city, opposite a large landscaped park. The residence’s three storey building was built in 1900 and was fully renovated in 2007, preserving its authentic historical style. It offers guests a selection of comfortable two-room or variously sized Studio type apartments elegantly decorated in the Italian style. All rooms contain an extra large King Size bed and fully fitted kitchen. The apartments have a feeling of independence, comfort and cosiness, as well as all the modern technology you need to make this your “second home”, your personal apartment or office in Rīga, because long-term rentals are also available. The residence also has its own private and free car park. The surrounding neighbourhood contains many interesting historical buildings and churches. • Mežaparks and Rīga Zoo are located 10-15 minutes’ drive away along the shore of Lake Ķīšezers.
• Rīga International Airport is a 20 minute drive away.

Accommodation

The residence offers its guests a selection of 10 two-bedroom rooms or variously sized Studio type apartments which are spacious, homely and stylishly decorated. You can enjoy a view of the park or a lush green courtyard from the windows of many apartments.

• Six standard Studio apartments for one or two persons with an extra large bed, antechamber, fully fitted kitchen and bathroom.
• One Deluxe Studio apartment is so spacious (73 m²) that it can comfortably accommodate two adults and two children, or four adults. An extra bed can be installed if required. There is a very large bathroom with a shower and Jacuzzi.
• One separate double/single Studio apartment with a separate entrance and two single beds.
• Two two-room apartments – two double bedrooms with a joint or separate kitchen and residential zone. Up to two more people can stay here if the sofa bed is used and an extra bed is installed.
